Perfect long lasting grey coverage!I love this product! I am 46 and 80% grey. Tired of being tied to a schedule of a stylist and not happy with the coverage of products bought in drug stores. I have been to the beach, swimming, and my color is perfect! The process is perfect and I don’t have to remember to buy hair color at the store! Love it! If you’re worried about the color don’t, as a new customer they called me to verif my color needs! I had color and highlights and grey! Made just for meI really am impressed how well my color has been combined specifically for me without ever having my colorist see my hair in person! Just through photos submitted through eSalon, my colorist has mixed the right shade of chocolate that works with my complexion. Hair color is different from beforeMy hair dresser noticed that the color i've been receiving lately is different from before. The color is a darker brown and less red. ZERO STARSI've colored with eSalon twice and both times it had to be fixed - not 'I don't like the color' fixed, it's "my roots don't match the rest of my hair" fixed. I would think after the first time, they'd keep a record of what I got, what I liked. Apparently not, because after last time, I'm thinking it's a slam dunk. Just refreshed the same color we did last time - NOOOOOO! I get drk brown when my hair is red. Then I get a form letter about how to start over,,,, yeah, thanks a lot.
