Brown with orange disasterI sent in a picture for proper color matching. I wrote notes detailing the light blonde I wanted. I referred to a specific esalon employee by name to further indicate the light color blonde I wanted. I was already light blonde except for the roots. I have been using color in my hair for 30 years. I followed the instructions exactly and the color I ended up with is a mouse brown with orange highlights. I'm HORRIFIED! It will cost me between $180 and $250 to get it color corrected and highlighted. Can't believe I fell for the marketing and ruined my hair. Medium Brown (Intense Red) - Absolutely love it!I love the super shine and intense bright finish of my new colour. Great Product!I've always had my hair colored at a salon, I've never done it myself. I was so scared to try but eSalon made it so easy with great instructions and videos to watch. I first did a strand test and then did the all over permanent color. It turned out perfectly! I'm so excited to receive my color in the mail just when I need and want it. Wonderful, perfect color. THANK YOU!!!I was a bit worried, at first, considering the last time was not really good. It was too dark. This time, my directions were different. It turned out perfect.
