perfectAsked for the colour to be altered and it was just as I hoped it would look. The colour really suits my skin and eyes and I'm very pleased with the outcome. It had been looking a bit brassy with the previous colour and the new one was adjusted perfectly. Followed the instructions to the letter by doing my roots first as I want to go lighter. LuxuriousI am impressed with the sensory experience and the practical aspects of the hair color kit. The color looks very naturalI originally was upset that this product was auto shipped to me. Although, I now realize that I had selected that option upon purchase and before I used the product. Wasn't happyIAM sorry I didn't write this sooner, but when I got ur product in the mail I was so excited, so after I used it the first time, (and it had been bout two years or longer since I dyed my hair), u can understand my disapointment after I used the first bottle, so I did as the instructions said on the time u should wait in between dye jobs and I was not pleased, but I would really like to give u guys another try. I was wondering if I could maybe change my color and if I could get a complimentary bottle of my new color. I don't normally write to company's if IAM not happy with their product, but it hasn't been a good last year and a half, (my house burned down, found out my boyfriend of nine years was cheating on me, than left me on New Year's Eve), just to name a few, so I was looking forward to a little pick me up change. If u would like to check out the fire it's ( on you tube; on January 11th, 2017, at 5:30am, in washougal Washington, with 5 displaced when house burns to the ground.) Finally a hair color I want!I have been coloring my hair red for years. After my gray started coming in, the color I was using didn't color the grays well. They faded after 2 washes. After switching to another brand, the gray was covered, but I needed a level 5 red, which is very difficult to find. When I would use the color in the brand that best suited my gray, it was either too light or too dark. E Salon made my custom color and I love it. It covers my gray, the color is perfect and it is a red that doesn't fade quickly, lasting until it is time to color my roots.
