Waxy build upThe color is gorgeous! But a thick, waxy build up was left right at my scalp. This did not happen the first time I used this brand. Brassed offI had stripped colour from my hair as I had lost the battle with my Grey's,so I sent pics and described what I needed ,which was to calm /remove residual brassy tones from hair ,and to go more towards a cool yet blonde shade whilst maintaining my previous highlights.result? Fantastic! Brassy tones,gone. Highlights,still visible and naturally blending into a meld of blended beige/ash. Amazing really considering I had / gone ash brown,then auburn(yep) then stripped ALL colour back to naked yukky greying yellow in the last week.my hair condition is amazing/ full of body ,glossy,soft. Color & Light SetI've been very happy with the ingredients in the hair color kit. My hair never feels or looks chemically treated. Even at the 6 week mark, my hair still feels healthy. My last order when I had the option for a lightening kit, I decided to take the plunge. I was a little intimidated to use it. I worried I was going to make a mess. I watched the videos several times and then went for it. I love it! I have had so many compliments on my hair. It was super easy to do. It came out great.
