Too DarkI have previously requested a lighter color because once processed the original color was too dark; the lighter color I received last time was better however this time it was too dark again. Very DisappointedI was so excited to try this experience, I was very open as I have dyed my hair for many years. I thought this was going to be a different experience...and it was. First, I loved the packaging. It was feminine and made me feel like I was really going to be treating myself to a great hair coloring experience. The smell of the hair dye is overwhelmingly strong. I had to go outside at one point as it was difficult to breathe. Keep in mind I was in a large bathroom, door open and the ventilation was on. My eyes watered so badly at one point I had to have my husband get me a cool wet washcloth and guide me outside! Once the color was washed out and the hair was dry...My hair was very much two different colors!!! I lighter orangish-burgundy color at the roots and a very dark burgundy on the length on my hair. Skeptical at FirstHello, I've seen ads for eSalon and honestly thought how could an online service be of salon quality well I was wrong! I've used drugstore hair dye before and it would not last. Sometimes after a couple weeks the color was gone. But I tried eSalon, answered the questions and shortly received my personalized set. I was so excited I followed the easy step by step directions and I was not disappointed. I'm on auto ship and looking forward to the next shipment. HAIR COLORCOLOR IS GREAT, IT ALSO CONDITIONS YOUR HAIR DOESN'T DAMAGE IT. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THAT I FEEL THE COLOR FADES AWAY PRETTY QUICK. BUT YES I WOULD MOST CERTAINLY RECOMMED IT, AND MY COLORIST IS GREAT AT MIXING COLORS. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

After Salon BlondeI love this website they are very professional and helpful when you ask questions even call you. I went blonde in a salon and so scared to re-dye my hair so I sent them a email about what color would be best and I had picked a color that would turn my green so thankfully I asked and they directed me to the color I needed and it came out perfect!
