Turned my hair an unnatural orange, but partly my fault.Turned my hair orange. My mom literally said, "you look like bozo the clown." This is not my first time coloring my hair at home. No good serviceIt is too easy the dark colour, but for blonde colours you do not want send to me and tell me that I must go to a hairdresser. If you are good colourist is been supossed that you could make an ash blonde, but you do not want to sell to me. Just like drugstore coloursVery unhappy with product, I started with a light brassy blonde going to meduim blonde and specifically noted avoid brassiness in clour and my hair looks identical to what i started with. Wrong colorI originally ordered a copper color. It came out more brownish then reddish as in picture! I reordered with the color suggest and got a dark brown instead of a reddish/copper! I’m not sure I want to continue. dissapointedI realized that I needed med brown and requested to change color from light golden brown to med brown. I have silver and I wanted to cover the grey. you sent me the same Light golden brown. I try communicating with the company and still received the same color. DONE.
