Ruined textureI'm not happy with the texture of my hair after using the product. The color was fine, but the texture felt like the cuticle is still open. I've never had this rough texture before. First time useI LOVE the colors chosen for me. I filled out and attached a photo and received a email telling me the color I choose would not be the most complimentary and my stylist was adjusting a few things. Now of course, if I didn't like what they chose they would fix it....I LOVE IT. I actually received two colors, which I have never done myself before. It was so easy and came out so awesome. Very pleased!This is my first time using e-Salon and I’m delighted with the results! My hair had previously been balayaged and my roots had grown in so was great to be given a root colour as well as a mid-lengths and ends colour. Was really easy to apply and the result is gorgeous! Managed to keep the tonal high and lowlights, the root blends in really well to the lengths, and it’s made my hair lovely and shiny. Glossy and rich colourMy first colour from Esalon arrived early June but I decided to hold off colouring my hair at the time. I did it this morning, I was a bit nervous but the instructions were easy to follow and the results are really impressive.
