Great color and latex-free gloves!I’ve been coloring my hair for over 20 years and have always used red hair color. The ones I’ve always tried have always been really ‘red’ right in the crown area of my head for the first few days. The first few days the water ran orange with color still being rinsed out. I truly thought that was normal. The fade issue was so awful that I colored my every 3 weeks. I was over using mass produced hair color. I decided I wanted to try a little bit different shade of red. I couldn’t find a color I liked so I decided to try eSalon. I am very pale and wanted a more golden coppery shade, a less intense red. I selected Dark Blonde (Copper Golden). I wasn’t too sure but my mom and I loved the color itself. I was a bit apprehensive as my hair had been dark for so many years. My color consultant called me, we discussed my allergy issues and I went for it. I’m so glad they don’t send you latex gloves! I have a life-threatening allergy to latex. I just wish they have gloves in larger sizes. Well, I love my color. It looks amazing. My hair is in better condition now than it has been in a long time. The color lasts for a month. Also, it actually rinses out really well. I don’t have orange rinse water for a week every time I shower anymore! I’m so glad that I tried eSalon. No gray coverage and no options to improve gray coverageI was really happy with my previous orders and gray coverage until the last order that didn't do a good job. My grays were died but they started coming out faster than my hair would grow (every time I took a shower the dye came off per say). I called to ask if there was gray coverage in my formula or if they could improve it and the only option I received was to make my formula darker. I do not want my hair to be any darker as the current formula is already darker than my natural hair color. So disappointed that I actually have no options to fix this and keep my natural hair color. I guess I have to go back to the salon since this company is no longer competent in my case. I say this because to my surprise the color expert I spoke to suggested to go to a salon to get better results. Can you believe this? Don't know how to respond to the message below. I did TRY to work with one your Color Experts and the concern above was not resolved. I got the answer I explained above. Med Gold BlondeI like a lighter blonde shade in the summer & dark blonde in the winter. The 1st time I ordered, I could only get a dark blonde color. I called, sent a picture & was told to send it back & was sent a lighter color. My hair is super thick & shoulder length so it takes 2 boxes to color. The lighter color was great. My only complaint is it didn't color my grey hair. I worked it in on my grey hair & roots 1st & really took extra time on the grey hairs. My 1st review through email about the coloring not covering my grey hair & was told I probably didn't pay enough attention to that area. As I started writing this review, I see the 100% guarantee & it being on Esalon, I was not once offered my money back or more color. disappointing hair color and kit conditioner ; Great Get Lifted Root Hair SprayHair directions great and followed them exactly. Hair color turned blonde highlights and all hair red and did not cover roots. Conditioner did not moisturize hair. Very disappointed. Good customer for this company. Thank you. I also purchased three piece set for. volume. The Get Lifted Root Spray is awesome. My thin hair once again looks full and thick and youthful. First time userI've been colouring my hair for over 25 years and moreso now with my grey. I've used a salon and store bought over the years. This product was as good as salon for way less money. The colour is very rich and glossy and covered the grey nicely. It was easy to use and convenient getting it delivered to my door! I loved the extra tools I ordered like the cape and mixing bowl.
