Wax!I started noticing that after washing off the color the product leaves behind a super sticky substance which doesn’t wash away with 2 shampoos . It wasn’t like that before. The old formula was super and was leaving hair soft. This formula sucks and your suggestion to wash with soda and shampoo is ridiculous. I have also noticed that the hair doesn’t look as healthy anymore after this product. Super mad that I was wasting my money on something that did nothing but damage.
