Not the color I had beforeFirst and second time I went into Esalon I left with the biggest smile on my face because my hair was bright red just the way I wanted it. Third time my hair looked dark and i told her not to change a thing. In July I did my first mail order and explain that I wanted my hair like the first and second time. Well my kit arrived and I went to color my hair only to be disappointed again. Even darker. I just received my new kit which was sent on August 31 and it’s just sitting there because I don’t know if my hair will get darker again. Ugh! Mousey hair!Unfortunately, I didn’t get what I first ordered, which was a light ash blonde. Instead I got sent a medium ash, it now looks like my original mousy colour that I’ve been dyeing for years to get rid of it! I did get an apology and a refund, which is good of them!
