Yellow hair!Wanted medium ash blonde. got yellow on natural gray roots and dark with red cast on bottom. followed instructions-no ash detected. went to salon next day for correction. I can finally cover greys at home!The 3 step process achieved an even color and covered my greys without any hot spots!
