So disappointedI ordered back in April, I finally used it for the first time tonight due to I went to the salon for mother's day. It felt like goo in my hair, I still don't have it all out and I have shampooed 3 TIMES!!! I still have 2 bottles of this left and will NOT be using it!!! I have never had any problems with at home color but wanted to give this all the new rave way a go and NOPE!! Ok day 2, after washing repeatedly last night I wake up this morning and realize by my hair sticking up that it's still not all out, I have colored my hair myself for 15yrs now. I wash 3 more times this morning and finally got it all. Now my head itches and burns a stylist looked at it and said it's a CHEMICAL BURN!!! Thanks alot esalon, good job!! Colour Error - Over the phone orderI asked for a violet colour online and then called up and spoke to a lady to have it adjusted to have less red in it, She recommended a colour - well turns out its all brown and red and now i seriously hate my hair and don't know what to do with it, I was a lovely golden colour and now i think i may have to go dark brown just to cover the red - I have a very red skin pigment - so i honestly look like a tomato. Too darkI just colored my hair and is definitely not natural light golden brown! It is a dark brown with some slight Highlights showing through. I hope it washes out because I'm not putting new Highlights in until it lightens up. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Loved it!Loved the color! I wasnt satisfied with my first box at all but this one was just perfect. The color stayed wonderfully in my hair and looks great! Doing the same color this time and cant wait for my box to get here! Plus with all the discounts and promotions that happen often I am ordering the brush, bowl, and clips set for so cheap!
