08/16/18 Custom Color Set ReviewHello-- Thank you for your work in creating my latest color set. I liked the color, but perhaps you could add more red? I wear my hair (color and style) as intense and outrageous as possible! I am a child of the '80s, and I still love Manic Panic--does that tell you anything? ;) Also, this color seemed to fade faster than the previous color. Is that possible? Turned my brown hair redThe color turned my brown/dark blonde hair red. Bright red. I contacted customer service requesting to mitigate this asap and was told that my colorist would adjust my next order and if I wanted it sooner, I should change the delivery date.
