Very Frustrated = Update to this review is Excellent Customer Service!I was very pleased with the speed in which the colorist responded to my issue. It was a case of the paperwork showing the old color, but the formulation was actually the updated, light brown color. Although the paperwork showing dark blonde was confusing, I truly appreciate the company's acknowledgement of my issue and the quick response. Thank you eSalon! My initial shipment was a bit light (dark blonde) so I requested an adjustment on the second. The second shipment (light brown) which contained the adjustment was much better. When I went to color my hair with the 3rd shipment, I found it reverted back to the original too light formulation (dark blonde again). It is not the quality of the hair color that is the problem. It is the fact that this is supposed to be convenient.
