Custom color reviewQuality good. Condition of hair after process good. Color good. Gray coverage suboptimal root coverage in areas with high percentage gray. Package is complete!This hair coloring package comes with everything you need. The custom bottles with your name on them are adorable. I was hoping by color would be darker, and it didn’t cover my white hair well. I followed instructions word per word and it burned my scalp on the top of my head. WowThis process was not as easy as I'd hoped, BUT it turned out beautifully. The color was dead on what I wanted. Quality Has Changed11/15/23 UPDATE My hair is back to normal! I was able to speak with my colorist who was very informative and helpful. She also introduced another product to help (hate when your offered add’l stuff when your not happy), but I listened to her, trusted her and now I’m hooked on the wonderful smelling Weekly Retreat I believe in commending a job well done and that’s what I’m doing here. Thank you. P..S. I’ve been a constant customer since 2018, and love coloring my hair at home when I’m in the mood and in the comfort of my home. My hair is breaking off. When I shampoo my hair it is extremely dry, and it’s near impossible to get it to lather. My hair very is listless, and full of electricity too. My hair used to be so pretty, as a matter of fact the student body voted me as having the prettiest hair in the entire class. There’s a ton of broken hair on my shower drain and hairbrushes too All the above I would say, started about a year ago. Have y’all changed the quality of your product? There’s a great possibility that I’m going to cancel my membership. And that’s so sad. Hope this Review gets read by upper management or someone that can do something for customer retention. Injured by productI have received incorrect or incomplete orders previously but to make matters much worse, in my most recent order the color bottle caused an injury to me. This is not a safe product or a reputable company. Avoid completely or you will put yourself at risk for injury and harm. HorribleIt did not change my color a single shade. It literally looks like I just spent 45min shampooing my hair. I took a before and after photo and the only difference is the after looks like clear and styled hair and the before is not washed and styled. No color change at all.
