The Color Really LastsI ordered the color and it shipped immediately. I used it the day I received it and that was 6 weeks ago. My hair is as red today as it was the day I first applied it! That never happens with other hair products. I ordered the demi permanent color initially but this time I want the permanent color and I don't even need to color my hair every 6 weeks, this time I will push it to 7 weeks. Fabulous!I had my hair colored professionally 19 months ago. I just didn't want to go and sit to have it touched up, such a waste of my time. So, I saw esalon's ad on Facebook and thought to myself "I can do that". I watched the videos and followed the steps to customizing my color. I received my order quickly. new userI have switched from Maddison-Reed online coloring and am much more satisfied with esalon. I am fairly new to coloring my hair and just wanted to cover my grays. Maddison-Reed was always too dark, even after choosing lighter colors 3 different times. After using an esalon colorist, she got my natural brunette color exactly with a little kick of red with a nice shine. Custom Color Auto ShipI have been using the custom color since 2014 and although, I have to make adjustments every now and then either to the color or the timing, I can totally rely on the product arriving when expected and the results to be perfect every time. I love having the color on hand for whenever I am ready to use it and not having to run to the beauty supply store. Since I am now 55 and my gray is a lot more prominent I do not want to look like I am 55, so I color about every 3-4 weeks.
