It took a couple of adjustments.One thing I love is that you get to fine-tune your color. It took a couple times of me coloring to figure out exactly the color tone I wanted. Nothing I had to "fix". Quality and convenienceI was really skeptical to go back to DIY "box-color" again, especially since going blonder this way in the past left me looking yellow... but this was much different. Salon-quality color (with tons of options), great gray coverage, and leaves hair looking and feeling healthier. Customer service is also great- I wanted to make a slight adjustment to my first color and they delivered exactly what I wanted. LOVE IT!I got my box today and was so excited! It came in the cutest box ever, even personalized with my name! So cute! I LOVE the product and everything that came in the kit.
