If at first you don't succeedI tried eSalon for the first time in October and initially did not get the color I was going for. But eSalon definitely made it right. I received credit to place another order, adjusted the color, left notes and received responses for all my inquiries and alterations. An eSalon representative/colorist had even called me to go over my options and discuss what I would like in my next color. The order had been customized carefully and I am much happier with these results! My roots were still a little darker than I was hoping for but the difference between roots and ends looks as if it was an intentional style and I like the color of the ends so I am definitely ordering again in a few weeks! 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Great productI've been getting hair color for a few years now from eSalon. I recommend them to everyone I know and I am more than happy with the results for my own hair. Not having to pay 4 times as much for a salon coloring appointment, being able to do it myself at home on my own time, with great directions, and having it delivered automatically has made my life so much easier (and prettier).
