Great stuffReally easy to use although looked VERY dark when on my hair during process which was a little scary Only 1 pair of gloves included which I found to be very tiny so used my own Struggled to do the back of my head but will try harder next time Overall very pleased and will use again Thanks for follow up and suggestion that amendment be made 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. milk chocolate w/ deminsions.this hair color was better than the first . not light brassy red but it still picked up red tones just darker which looks much better .I would love to have brown chocolate hair color..maybe milk chocolate with dimension but not sure is that is possible. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Colour doesnt last for longI must say when first applied the colour looked fab ,however I asked for it to be formulated to cover grey for up to 6 weeks dispute after 3 weeks my hair looked like it had never been dyed. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

DO NOT recommend at allThe first color I received was OK. I provided my feedback to lighten the color thinking it is a learning curve. I got confirmation that the color was changed. I put the color on today and to my HORROR--it is 5-8 SHADES DARKER- a completely different color. BEWARE. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Perfect color matchMy colorist matches my color perfectly. I originally came up with golden blonde when taking the quiz but sent a color and my colorist changed it to light blond and it was perfect. The only reason I gave it a three is because my grays are showing after three weeks of me applying the color and my roots are just starting to grow a little so they color faded on my grays. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
