The Worst Hair Color EverI sent in my photo with my dark brown hair and said I would like to go slightly lightly..... I received my kit, followed the directions exactly and my hair came out BLACK.... the BLACKEST BLACK you have ever seen. Not impressed. My hair feels and looks very damaged. Coverage of grey/white hair Failed to cover rootsFollowed directions very closely. Once hair was thoroughly covered with product left on for 30 minutes. Applied remainder of color with water and massaged into hair before showering. Perhaps it doesn't work on short coarse hair. Or it needs to be on longer than 30 minutes. Unhappy with color and customer service!I was so excited to finally color my hair after going gray, post-chemo. The color was too light and my roots around my face still looked gray. I emailed immediately to ask how soon I could re-dye or touch up my hair. That was almost three weeks ago, and I still haven't gotten a response. I went into my account to cancel my next order and was offered free color for the next time. I was told I would be contacted by, "my colorist" to discuss the color. Again, I still have not been contacted. I had better luck with Loreal Preference color at half the price. I am so disappointed. :( 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Glad I triedDue to Covid my salon was closed. I have never been happy with at home hair color so when I saw the ad I was skeptical but after weeks I decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did.
