Happy but have ?'sThank you. The color vibrancy is so much better, I love it. I followed the directions you gave me every time, I've done my own hair for many years. I do have a question, is it permanent hair color? I only ask because I did my hair two weeks ago this Friday and the color is going out too quickly around my face, I use shampoo's for keeping hair color from washing out. I have ordered the Caviar shampoo but it hasn't come in. I cannot afford to dye my hair every month. I already need to order fairly soon so I have it when the time comes. Great product--never going to a salon for color again!This is my third application of this product and it continues to deliver! So thankful I found such a quality coloring kit and can ditch the expense of going to the salon for this. Easy to apply and it leaves my hair soft and the color vibrant! Beautiful & High QualityI love my custom color. I took inspiration from a blog post on “butterscotch” brown and I feel like I finally found my perfect shade of brunette!
