Would give 5 stars but you ran out of color with No idea when it is coming back.Wish you had a better system for when you run out of color. Besides getting the same message three times telling me you don't know when it will be available, I am about to give up. Corrected Color Was PerfectMy first color with eSalon turned out way too dark, with very few red highlights. I was disappointed and almost didn't return; however, I received an email from the company offering to correct my color (at a discounted rate as well). I figured I had nothing to lose, so I conveyed my concerns with the initial color and expressed the result I had wanted and expected (reddish brown with cherry tones). My corrected color sat in its box in my bathroom for nearly three months, until I finally got tired of seeing my hair go gray during this COVID-19 isolation. I needed a lift, so I colored my hair yesterday. Wow! This is exactly the color I wanted! Such an amazing transformation! Made me feel so much better about my hair--and myself. FailedFinally used the product last week, June 10, 2020. Not happy with the product because it left my hair dry (the conditioner wouldn't even soften it up) & it didn't cover the gray for long. I followed the directions, this is not the first time hair color was done at home. I specifically stated that my hair turns gray 3 weeks into color. This time after 4 days, the front of my hair was white, the color disappeared. Not happy with the product.
