ColorI'm not sure if I might have chosen the wrong color. I wanted a bright copper color. I keep getting dark brown. It saids copper brown. I'm about to stop ordering. I'm giving it one more chance. I gave it multiple chances and it didn't fix it . I even spoke with a colorist. Also after using this product for over a year my hair got thinner and I suffered some hair loss. Coverage was differentI was amazed with my very first application. My color was perfect, and it covered my gray completely. My second application was not as good. All instructions were followed to a tee. I noticed that my gray was still showing, I must admit that I didn't color my hair right after receiving my new kit. On point colorJust take the chance to try it, follow the instructions and the results are amazing. I am so pleased with my results. One year ago i dyed my hair for the first time and since then i have been to 3 different hair saloons which ended with me dissatisfied and damaged hair colors. I am very picky in general and i thought im gonna try do ot myself with the help of esalon . More brassy than rich in colorUnfortunately, this time my color was brassy more than Rich in tone. I was excited to have a warm chestnut brown base tone with highlights along with gray coverage. Love!I’ve been box dying my hair for years. It’s taking a toll on my hair in a big way. I don’t want to go back to spending tons of money at the salon, so I felt stuck. I stumbled on esalon and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical but I have to say Im pleasantly surprised!
