smooth finishI loved eSalon color! The finish was soft and smooth. Color stays long and it didn't damage my hair. I rated 4 stars because the color was bit darker than what I was looking for. Sehr schönes ErgebnisIch war positiv überreascht, da ich zur Hälfte herausgewachsene blonde Strähnchen hatte, sich die ersten grauen zeigen und der Rest einfach nur eine dunkle komische Masse war. Ich hatte beim ersten Versuch keine großenen Erwartungen an die Farbe. Die Beratung brachte mir eine etwas andere Farbnuance als ich mir ursprünglich ausgesucht hatte, aber das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Es gibt keinen großen Farbunterschiede mehr, die Haare glänzen und sehen wesentlich gesünder aus. Die Anwendung war recht einfach und das Endergebnis hätte ein Friseur auch nicht besser hinbekommen. Left a lot of grayI was disappointed that it didn't cover a lot of my gray hair. It also was not the color I expected it to be. My hair didn't feel bad after so that's a plus. Ordering New ColorThe color I ordered the first time was good, and looked as I expected. However, I don't understand why I need to send a note if I want to change my color. Why can't I just go back to the color chart and make my own adjustment without "sending a note" to someone? If I could get back to the color chart and see what I ordered last, I could figure it out from there. But since this is not an option I will likely never buy this product again.
