Enhanced coloring productIn this shipment I received an enhanced color product that was creamier and rinsed out easier. Those 2 things were for sure, but it left my hair wiry, dry and matted up. I have never had this happen since 2015. Please advise if I need to stay with the old coloring product. Totally wrongI Spent the past 2 years growing all the color out of my hair and letting the gray come in. I debated a long time about coloring it again. I finally decided to as I’ve also decided to cut it much shorter. I was very clear that I wanted a cool ashy brown with NO red or gold. Even got the supposed rinse to tone out any red. Well, I’m basically a redhead now. With any light my hair is at beat a VERY golden brown. At worst it looks like a penny. I am absolutely furious that I trusted this company. Normally I don’t do business with a company that doesn’t have a phone number listed but just got careless I guess. me oscurecio el pelo demasiadoPues el servicio es muy rapido y la primera caja es espectacular porque te trae de todo... lo unico es que me oscurecio el pelo de rojizo que tenia a brown oscuro y pues la idea era aclarar, no oscurecer. Yo envie fotos y explique, pero al parecer la chica no hizo lo q esperaba. The first box has a lot of things and I really like that, and the shipping was very fast too, but talking about the color, I used to have a red color and the one that they sent us turns to dark brown. The main idea was to get into a cooper (lighter) because I sent photos and explain everything , but apparently the colorist did not get what I wanted, so because of that Im a little disappointed... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Luxury at homeI had been going back and forth for months deciding if I was going to order, I finally did and I have to say I am in love, with the attention to detail, the presentation of the product and the results achieved. The whole process made me feel like a valued customer, I'm a sucker for little additional perks and the fact the product is personalised is such a perfect and personal addition its beautiful. Instructions are clear, two sets of gloves, a stain guard and remover which I've never received with any other dye.
