I do not like the shampoo and conditioner you sentHi I really don't like the idea that you substituted the usual shampoo and conditioner for Altera Caviar shampoo and conditioner samples. First off, they are half the size of your usual shampoo and conditioner. If you want to include a free sample, that is up to your marketing dept., but don't substitute it for what the customer expects to get . It's just not the right way to market something new. DID NOT MATCH MY COLORI do not want any more of your hair color. It did not match so I want you to cancel my shipments. I am disappointed that you do not give me the right to cancel any further shipments without going through all of this trouble. You need to add a place to CANCEL. Downward Spiral into the Pit of DisappointmentNo shampoo. No conditioner. "Samples" of Alterna Caviar were empty, sealed packets of air. What. A. Messy. Experience. This used to be a good product. Better than the colour I get at a salon!Highly recommend!! Was really impressed with the results of this colour. Great color!The color I received is exactly what I asked for. In the past I have tried boxed products from the drug store and was never able to get a true dark ashe blonde .
