This is the future right here!I love everything about this. What initially enticed me was just the concept of it. Being someone who’s been in beauty school, it’s cool to see people are able to do this stuff at home now, but the salons are still a part of the process. Everybody wins! I also loved taking the hair exam and figuring out which formula was best for me. Everything is very detailed and thorough. The shipping and planning of everything was hella fast and they have it set up so you can re order for cheaper! So then when I got the product, I was so excited everything was in a pink box and then packaged in smaller pink boxes. I got a cute little box of gloves along with my personalized hair color kit that HAD MY NAME ON IT LIKE SUPER CUTE. The directions on the kit were so detailed and thorough that I really doubt anyone would mess it up. I also purchased their red tint shampoo and that’s hella as well. Love the custom color set!Everything you need to color your hair. The color I wanted was perfect. It matched my original hair color perfectly! Detailed instructions and videos made it easy to use. Wrong colour again.I have now tried eSalon three times and every time there’s been a problem with the colour not covering my greys, fading or red tones which I absolutely do not want. I thought I’d be third time lucky but no, my hair was so red and way darker than it should have been. I’m pretty upset with really bad hair and scabs all through my scalp.
