Caused hair to fall from root; 50% hairlossI gave this product 2 stars because the color has been on point each time and the stylists are very responsive. But coloring it every 5 weeks has caused me to lose half of my hair thickness. Before COVID I had really thick healthy hair, now it’s falling out in large clumps after I dye it and continues to fall out for several weeks following. I am 25, with dark brown hair and have white hair showing around my part, and face. I’m at a loss ... I want to conceal my whites but the significant hair-loss has scared me. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Color did not match the paper version formula at all.I keep trying but this time based on the color wheel formulation I thought we had found the one. Nope. Roots at dark brown were lighter than that then I did get fee inches of dark brown blending to a orange color. It was suppose to be copper but the dark brown did not look like it was a natural fade to the ends color. This just isn't working so far. Best Experience EverI was sooo nervous about using my kit.. I Purchased My kit 09/02/2020. I put it off and put it off til finally I just did it!! Colored My hair 10/23/2020. I'm soo Happy with the out come.. I will NEVER buy over the counter hair color again.. My colorist Is Jessica she did an Awesome Job!!! I'm looking forward to my next Kit. Love this ColourMy hair has always been a problem when it came to the colour fading over time, particularly in the summer months. Then my dark brown turned into a terrible orange shade of brown. The eSalon colour is the first product that made it through the sunny days with very little fading. I am also pleased with the fact that I have absolutely no skin reaction. I have used eSalon colour twice now and have been happy each time with the overall outcome and the grey coverage in particular. I can highly recommend eSalon to anyone who wants to colour at home with a product of professional quality.
