Hair color to darkThis is the third box of color I have received. I was thrilled with how my color turned out with shipment #2. Tonight I died my hair with my latest shipment and my hair is almost black. Way to dark. I am so disappointed and upset with how it looks. Great customer service, hair is now perfectI can't fault the kit or the customer service. Hair colour came out beautifully but unfortunately faded faster than I'd hoped. Got in touch with e-salon who couldn't have handled it better and have formulated a new colour to help me. New colour arrived and is perfect - they listened to my feedback and changed exactly as asked. Considering how busy they must be currently, it's the best customer service I've had. Glossy beautiful blonde hair - foolproof!Really beautiful glossy rich golden blonde colour. My hair is in great condition despite not having had a trim for months. Product arrives well packaged and on time, according to the schedule I set, with very clear instructions and gloves. It really is a foolproof process and I am delighted with the results. I am given every opportunity to provide feedback and/ or to tweak the colour formulation should I wish, so a genuinely personalised experience.
