Too Red, After Coloring.It's Already started to lighten up A Lot. I Like The Color, But I'd Love Highlights too.🥰 Is Their a Way, While Coloring my hair, I could get More Blonde Highlights mixed with the a New Color? Great match!I’ve been going to salons for at least 30 years for my hair color. I’m a redhead and while I have loved some of the salon outcomes, others were not so good. During this pandemic my gray really came out so I had read about eSalon and decided to give it a try. I sent them a picture of my hair color from one of my “good” outcomes at a salon. I was so impressed with all the tools, instructions and the sample shampoo and conditioner that I received from eSalon. Well not only did the color come out beautiful and covered my gray, the roots were not a different color as had been my experience so many times. This is my second time using my eSalon color which I had them tweak a little and it was perfect! I may never visit a salon again for color - just haircuts and manicure/pedicure! Great product and company!!The ordering process was very easy and they had a great first time deal. The coloring really started to show after a few days. My hair is dark so there wasn't too much of a difference. Unfortunately, I was allergic to the product and had to discontinue my subscription. When I called to cancel, the woman I spoke with was super helpful and when I mentioned that I had a reaction she issued a refund. She also directed to me to the ingredient list for future reference and if they can assist with giving my doctor information to just contact them. Promises broken and color exceptionally lacklusterWhen signing up for the service, I took a substantial amount of time to take the color quiz, upload photos and carefully choose a color based upon years of experience coloring my own hair and my personal preferences. A few days later, a color "specialist" called me to say that the color I had chosen would probably not work for me based on the photos I uploaded and suggested another. After speaking for awhile about what I specifically DID NOT want (brassy, yellowish, one dimensional color), I took her suggestion on another color. The package took a full two weeks to arrive. Even as someone who has colored my own hair for 10+ years, I found the instructions to be very sparse and generic. Additionally, my kit only included one set of gloves (instead of the two sets required) that were too small to use. One glove broke as I tried to squeeze my hand inside. Once my color processed, guess what i got? Yep, you guessed it - Brassy, Yellowish, single tone. I regret ever giving eSalon a shot.
