My previous review indicated the product did not provide enough gray coverage. Esalon connected with me, adjusted my formula and shipped out my new color. It is now RADIANT, COVERED ALL GRAY! LOVE IT and applied to be an Ambassador. Any organization that is willing to make it right..Gets my 100% support and advocacy! Thank you ESALON as I'm am on Video everyday since COVID and this gave me reassurance that my grays are our secret 😉!

I was a bit sceptical at first, changing from blond to copper but I shouldn’t have, my son applied the colour, yes you heard, my son, he’s never carried out a procedure like this and wow, he did really well, well done Scott!! The colour came out as described on the box 📦, thanks eSalon 🙋‍♀️

I wouldn't go back to the hairdressers for my hair colour anymore. My hair is in better shape now than ever before and the biggest + is no greys.

Great instructions that were easy to follow. Due to the pandemic, I wanted to color my hair at home. It turned out great even though my husband who did the coloring had no past experience!

I’ve always struggled with the perfect brown shade and so have many colourists. This matched perfectly. Lovely consistency to cover my roots. High shine too.

I loved that it didn’t irritate my scalp and cause hair breakage like other “box” color systems. I loved the color, and will definitely order it again.
