Many years overdue but...I may have forgotten to review this but there's NO WAY I will EVER forget the absolute satisfaction and pleasure I received from esalon's fast delivery and flawless coverage and beautiful color of my first ever order from them! Loved the redI loved the red ... but you still have yet to give me my “want” ... I WANT ALL MY HAIR RED not just the roots . As I have repeatedly mentioned, I colored my hair BLACK so all except the regrowth is black and I don’t want that... I need THAT black STRIPPED OFF... hear me please! Not for meTo be completely fair, I did not give them a chance to adjust the color. After two roots touch ups my hair started looking brassy (I have mostly whitish gray ashy blonde hair, going for blonde). My stylist is seeing clients again (after the COVID shutdown) and I prefer to have someone hands-on adjusting my color. This was a lot more reasonably priced than she is, and convenient to have shipped to me.
