Confusion about my orderI tried to include an applicator brush with my custom color set, but instead it was shipped separately and I incurred a extra fee, although I’d specified I did not want to make a separate order and the brush could be included in my next scheduled delivery. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Nice color and great customer serviceI am getting to learn how to do root touch up by myself during COVID pandemic. Not good for gray coverageI’m on my third different attempt with this company to get the color right and cover my grays. I follow directs, leave it on the exact amount of time and it still doesn’t cover my gray hair.
