Custom Colour SetI liked the colour when I was finished. The only problem is that there are 2 areas in front that still didn't absorb the colour even though I put lots of colour on those areas. Great customer serviceThis is my 2nd time using this product, but not sure what happened this time. For some reason I feel I developed an allergy to it. I'ts been a week since I applied it, and the itching in the scalp and around it does not go away. I can feel the rash like bumps around my scalp/neck line. Again, I'm not sure it it's me this time. It all works well until you have a problemI really loved the haircolour and the presentation. The colour lasted quite a while. But then I had a problem with my PayPal and I needed to change email address for my orders. Somehow it was a huge problem. My order was cancelled which I didnt ask to. I was asked to place another order and when I tried, all my items were full price. Nobody willing to help via email and asking me to call international phone number. Listen to the needs of your clients.My review is based on the fact I reintereated several times that dark color is not flattering on me. Also that I needed a medium dark color to cover grays but not too dark and to add some red and gold tones. The color I received was dark brown exactly what I asked it not to be. The color was a disasterThe color I received was too dark for my complexion. It was a dark brown. I sent a selfie of the results and a picture of the color red I was seeking. (reddish orange). The response I got back was to go to a store and buy a color remover. The next month I received the EXACT SAME COLOR! Esalon's screw up cost me $60!!!!! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
