Nothing like the colour requested!Followed the instructions step by step and sent in a photo and description of my desired colour which was an auburn. I specifically said I do not want it red. So now my hair is very dull looking and red - like someone has coloured it with a crayon. RecommendI chose a color and wasn't sure about the outcome and sent a message to my colorist. I had explained the best I could on the color I had in mind and she nailed it. Perfect color!I’ve had to adjust my color a few times due to medication changes causing my hair to constantly change. Esalon has kind, attentive, and amazing colorists. Not sure why, but color was differentI have been using the same color set for more than 2 years, so I do know what my tone looks like after I retouch it every 6 weeks. HaarfarbeLeider habe ich eine allergische Reaktion von ihrer Haarfarbe bekommen. Ich dachte ihre Farben wären besser als die in der Drogerie gewesen, aber leider doch nicht.
