First time user and LOVE my results !I was skeptical and a bit worried about ordering a color online and then applying it to my hair not knowing what the results could be...I might hate the color. I was trying to get rid of my gray and usually go to a salon, however with COVID-19 closures I wouldn’t be able to get to my stylist until June!!!! Um no I can’t wait that long. I followed the easy evaluation steps for which I was presented with color options based on my base. I selected my preferred color and when I received it in the mail couldn’t wait to apply and see my results. Needless to say my reservations about using this product have been happily quashed. This is a great option to store bought and professional salons. The color is perfect. I had root color and end color and it blended naturally to match my desired hair color result. I highly recommend eSalon and will be a returning customer. **One thing to note**. Best Color Match! Looks Perfect!This was my first time time coloring my own hair. Your videos and paper instructions are easy to follow. Very pleased!Like many folks out there...this is the first time I have colored my hair at home. It was definitely a messy process for me which I'm sure will get better as I get more used to it; however, the end result far exceeded my expectations.
