custom color betterfirst time I purchase a custom hair color! I usually buy off the shelf,higher end hair color from target...I'm very satisfied with this one! the customization is excellent...instructions easy to follow,l like the lil sticker to pin up instructions as u color...my hair felt and looked better after coloring...color is terrific! LOVE LOVE LOVEA little red-toned for my liking, but I love it nevertheless. I love the color! I love that it's not too dark, but just dark enough. It covers the previous red, that I had, well. The color team was perfectly kind and amazingly understandable. They didn't talk down to me, but put what they were asking in a nice, easy to understand way. The best hair colour I’ve hadI thought I’d give this a try at the introductory price not being sure what to expect but I was really impressed. I loved how you customised the colour for my roots and ends and your videos were extremely helpful.
