My first try. Red can be a difficult color because it can easily be too brassy, too blonde, or just really unnatural looking. I admit that I did not leave it on as long as recommended for fear of that. My color is beautiful and I will be a little bolder next time!

The color turned out great. Easy process. Only thing I think is odd is they have one color for your roots and another for the rest of the hair.

Really frustrating that when I ordered Volume Travel Trio for $10 I was short free shipping by $0.05 and couldn't get it without ordering something else. Really, 5 cents. I canceled my Travel Trio order.

I love the color .I just don't like the texture it does to my hair . Was hard to rinse out and left my hair feeling like wire. On my next order I only want the root touch up..
