Exactly what I wanted!This last round of color was absolutely what I asked for! I am beyond happy with it! I also appreciate being asked if I wanted to add the ends refresher bottle before it was shipped to make sure I was getting what I needed to get to what I wanted. Something else that is really nice is that the prices for everything are right there in the open! I don't have to go through a long process to figure out "how much is this going to cost me?", since price is a big factor in why I chose what I do. EffectiveProduct did exactly what I asked -- I had used a box dye that I liked and because of the different base color, my hair turned more of a purple than a red. I asked eSalon to help me tone down the purple and bring out the copper colors and they did a great job. It's still a little darker than I'd like, but I'll have to live with that for now.
