E-Salon treats me well, and never hesitates with my color changes, although they do give great advice. I wanted to go a certain color at the beginning and they convinced me that it would not look attractive on me. Their permanent color stays longer than others I have used before needing root touch ups. It looks good, feels soft and I love it!

Great and I am now on the auto ship. I was skeptical at first but love it! I went from a brassy yellow blonde to light brown in one coloring and it was perfect.

I have to said that this is my first time ordering this product due to the Virus that I can’t not go 😩 to my hair dresser but this product is outstanding and the packing is excellent is so professional 😃 my color came out beautiful

Followed directions (all of them!) Hair color perfect coverage and blend for partial gray hair. Has not faded so will be able to extend time between using color too. Surprised and pleased with result. Will continue to use this product and service.

This was the easiest, fastest way I ever colored my hair. My husband helped me and it was easy following the directions and video. Color covered all the gray. Next time I will go a bit darker. Thanks for such a great product!

So I think I've had 9 orders so far with esalon. Every. Single. One. Has been amazing. The color is beautiful, evenly distributed. It looks so natural. Shipping is fast, and they are great about listening to feedback. Oh, and the price can't get much better. I'm not an expert, and I can definitely say this product is fool proof
