Love my color. Easy to read instructions and application. I like that it is custom made for me. My hair seemed resistant to many of the store bought colors. This one works!

I ordered the custom color because my grey hairs were driving me crazy! I needed something to tide me over while my normal stylist was off due to the covid pandemic. Overall I was extremely happy with the result, how detailed the instructions were and the coverage, hence the four star rating. I would have given the product five stars, but I still have some stubborn greys that it did not cover! Maybe after the next color they will be less noticeable as I will be using again! Good color match, exactly what I wanted!

My hair feels so healthy, and it covered my grays!

The color I received was just what i was looking for. My grays have been hard to color with most hair dye, this worked perfectly. My hair is soft, healthy looking, and tangling much less than with the brand I used previously.
