I’ve tried your service & product for the first time and am truly amazed by the results - receiving quite a few compliments! The service was great, you really took time to review my profile and what I wanted out of it, and recommending a different shade to make sure I achieve my desired outcome, thank you! Even with a slight delay on my order, you not only kept me informed, you also included a freebie to compensate for the delay - not because of the freebie, but the attentiveness that resulted in a freebie I find good customer service that is hard to find nowaday!
