Amazingly responsive customer service!I've been a super light blonde for years and am really burned out on it. Ready for color but not willing to spend $120 on hair color every few weeks. I ordered a dark golden mahogany blonde. eSalon reviewed and with my ok lightened the shade. I'm still looking for my perfect shade but so impressed with the response and care from eSalon!
