Love it!This product is easy to use and I love the results. After watching application videos I was able to successfully color my hair. I have gotten many compliments on my hair color. I have also saved money! This is much more economical than going to the stylist. The videos are extremely helpful and have inspired me to seek out videos to provide instruction on how to cut my hair as well. In the beginning I reached out to customer service for assistance in color and application methods. They were very helpful.
