I have no idea how many emails went back and forth before this order, but my colorist and I communicated so much and it was worth it. The color came out right! It's a little darker than I expected for a medium blonde, but since it's demi-permanent, it is lightening up a bit. I'm always happy with the helpfulness of the color team and the quality of this color is fantastic! I'm definitely an e-Salon fan!!!

My color turned out great, Nice and shiny too! My colorist recommended a slightly different color than I ordered and it turned out to be perfect. Will continue to use eSalon for my hair coloring needs!
