I found this brand a god send in lock down and the colour is fantastic to the one I usually get in the salon that iv carried on using its cost is much better than the usual £70 plus I pay I really love it

Love the color (medium mahogany brown), Hasn't covered grays as well as I have desired but making adjustments to hopefully change this. 5 stars for customer service being very helpful and polite.

New developer formula and shampoo/conditioner

I just colored my hair using the new developer formula. At first I was alarmed at how runny it was until I mixed in the color and the texture started to change. It is so superior to your previous formula. The texture is smooth and pasty enough that it does not run. I did not make a mess haha! I felt like I was able to apply it more evenly to my roots as I moved around my scalp. Also the new shampoo is awesome. It actually lathers and stays foamy until rinsed out. I loved it. Truth is after 5 years I was considering trying another brand, but now I'm sticking with eSalon. PS my color has always been great!

A friend recommended I try eSalon since I couldn't go to my beautician during the pandemic. I found the ordering process to be easy. The application instructions are easy to follow, and the color turns out great with fantastic gray hair coverage!
