Excellent product and customer service!Every little detail about the experience I had with esalon exceeded my expectations. After filling out the questionnaire I immediately received a reply (from a real person!) With suggestions about what would be the best product for me. When I received it, I couldn't believe that even the products in the box had my name on them! The instructions were easy to follow and the videos on their website helped too. The grey coverage was better that what I've been getting at the salon and the final results were on point! My hair was left so shiny and no weird ammonia smell! I'm hooked! So easy to use.I really like the product as much as I did years ago when I used it. My hair is too short to do the divide into four quadrants with clips method. Fantastic product and will never use another brandProduct is tailored to meet your needs, first one was great but wanted it to be a warmer colour next time. Looks naturally beautifulI love the results without the smell or stinging. I found brushing the color too difficult for me to accomplish so I applied from the bottle. There’s more than enough for my shoulder length hair. I was ready to shower in half an hour and the color was perfect. Best of all, it left my hair in better condition than before the began.
