Color not lastingI have gray hair in the front area and temples. It only last a week then I have to wait till my next order to reapply color. I prefer not to over process my hair. I like the color suggestion. I am open to all color selection. Not sure if I can go light also my hair is now more thick. Better yet extra naturally/kinky. Great color but a little too thick!Not a deal breaker because I love the lasting color and the beautiful custom packaging but really I spend a lot of time in the shower to get the color out and be able to see my scalp! Color changeThe first time I ordered the color was definetly not a match. They sent me a replacement for free plus an additional bottle of color. This color was a better match. Perfect color and coverageI am so pleased with eSalon. I have tried so many at home hair dye, and the color is either not what you want, hard to cover grays, color doesn't last as long as it claims. Hair feels brittle and damaged. I used to have to color every 4 weeks almost. And just never happy with outcome. I tried eSalon for the first time and i could not believe the outcome! The color was exactly what i wanted, it has lasted over 6 weeks now, it covered all my hair. The best part was my hair felt healthy after, not dry. And there was no lingering odor from the dye.
