Great hair Colorado.This is a message and not a review. I’m in Australia and do not know when I’ll be able to return to the US. All international travel is banned. Did not cover gray roots.Left color on recommended 30 minutes did not get good coverage of gray. I have short hair & I ordered light brown ends absorbed much darker. Color darker than I usually wear. Doesn't look terrible just not great. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Product great, shipping time too slowMy first order was March 8, I received the product 5 days later, which was very good. My second auto order was April 8, today is April 18 and I still do not have my product. Ten days since my account was charged, my hair is in desperate need for a color. About my hair colorLove it But the next time I want to see blonde color this time I want to see blonde and red but I didn't see the blonde at all. Never had anyone say anything bad about my color .if there is blonde in my hair I don't see it at all So I think I might have to get two different colors just to get what I want No have the red and blonde Mic together . A sense of normalcy with today's chaosI've been going to the salon to cover my grays for YEARS. I've never dyed my own hair before, and I've never even helped a friend dye theirs. So my experience level in this department was lacking and I had always let the professionals do their thing. Well. Now that salons are temporarily closed, I needed to find an option to maintain my roots. My hair is naturally very dark and it now grows in mostly gray. This means I have a crazy stripe when my roots grow in that's highly visible and not a great look for video calls with clients (which is just life right now). I tried eSalon and I'm so impressed by the color matching, gray coverage, and quality of the products. I missed some spots in the application since it was my first time, but that's my own fault. I'll get better the more I practice. Thank you to the whole team for their work in keeping a sense of normalcy with all the chaos going on in the world. The customer service was amazing, and I know everyone is working hard to keep the lights on with all the social distancing regulations in place. Color was actually perfect!The color matches my salon color perfectly. My only issue is that I am missing my highlights given that my stylist refreshes them every month. However, the eSalon color does not overwhelm the existing highlights. My hair does grow quickly so I am requiring color every two weeks instead of every three weeks.
