Thank you for adjusting the color for my recent order. I do think it's a bit lighter and a step in the right direction. I mentioned before that the previous color seemed a little too "red", and this one does, too. But I think that might just be what I get with permanent hair color and it won't stop me from ordering again.

I was not too sure about ordering hair color online but I am so glad I did. The color is perfect and affordable and comes to my door every 12 weeks. Who could ask for more?
